Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to July 27, 2026, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. 

There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after July 27, 2026, unless the activity is canceled. The $25 pre-registration fee is non-refundable.
