Registration Information


Pre-Registration includes Admission to the Wednesday Evening (7:30 - 9:00pm) Show Preview and All Show Days, and a Fashion Show ticket. For those participating in workshops or lectures or for those who would just like to register ahead of time, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $22 that includes admission to the Quilt Show and Merchants Mall for all show days.

REMINDER: Your registration packet will not be mailed. Please pick-up your registration packet (name badge, lecture tickets, etc.) in person during registration hours. The registration desk is located in the lobby of the Santa Clara Convention Center. 

The pre-registration cut-off date is September 25, 2017.

On-Site Workshop Registration
If you register for a workshop on-site, registration includes admission to all show days and a ticket to the Fashion Show. For persons registering for workshops at the event, or for pre-registered participants with questions, the registration area will be open:

Wednesday, October 11: 3:00 pm– 9:00 pm
Thursday, October 12:  8:00 am–7:00 pm
Friday, October 13:  8:00 am–6:00 pm
Saturday, October 14:  8:00 am–6:00 pm
Sunday, October 15:  8:30 am–12:00 pm

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to August 24,  2017 will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after August 24, 2017, unless the activity is cancelled. The $22 registration fee is non-refundable.
