Pre-Registration
BEST AND QUICKEST WAY TO REGISTER
For those participating in workshops, quilt appraisals, or special tours, there is a non-refundable pre-registration fee of $30 that includes the following:
Admission to the Quilt Show & Merchants Mall on all show days (Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday) PLUS tickets for the following:
Wednesday, July 24
1:30 PM Art-Quilt-Texture, lecture presented by Luke Haynes
Thursday, July 25
4:30 PM Spontaneous Creation and Inspiration, lecture presented by Sheila Frampton-Cooper
Immediately followed by
5:30 PM (approx.) the PIQF Meet & Greet Ice Cream Social
Friday, July 26
1:30 PM From Blueprint to Thread: Architecture as Inspiration, lecture presented by Ana Buzzalino
Friday, July 26
7:00 PM The PIQF Fashion Show presented by Holly Badgley
REMINDER: Your registration packet will not be mailed. Please pick up your registration packet (name badge, lecture tickets, etc.) in person during registration hours. The registration desk is located in the lobby of the Santa Clara Convention Center. The registration desk will be open:
Wednesday, July 24: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursday, July 25: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, July 26: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, July 27/: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
The Conference Pre-Registration Cutoff Date is July 1, 2024. However, you may register for available activities onsite at the show beginning at 12 noon, on Wednesday, July 24.

- To register by telephone using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card, please call (215) 862-5828, Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to May 29, 2024, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after May 29, 2024, unless the activity is canceled. The $30.00 pre-registration fee is non-refundable.
The Conference Pre-Registration Cutoff Date is July 1, 2024. However, you may register onsite at the show beginning at 12 noon, on Wednesday, July 24.
On-Site Workshop Registration
- For persons registering for activities at the event, pre-registered participants with questions, or to pick up your registration packet, the registration area will be open:
Wednesday, July 24: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursday, July 25: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, July 26: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, July 27/: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
