Hello, I'm Leo Ransom.

I've been quilting since 1998, beginning with traditional quilting before discovering art quilting in 2011. I speak, teach, and have earned national recognition as an award-winning quilter. My work has been juried into numerous shows. Specializing in portrait quilting, I use three main techniques—silhouette, layering, and collaging—to create striking images. Occasionally, I combine traditional quilting with art quilting.
