Registration Information
Online registration is closed. You may register for available workshops onsite at the Hampton Roads Convention Center beginning at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25.
On-Site Quilt Conference Registration
You can sign up for available activities on-site (please note that the show pin is not included with on-site registration). The registration area will be open for both on-site registration and for pre-registered participants with questions:
- Wednesday, February 25: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Thursday, February 26: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday, February 27: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Saturday, February 28: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sunday, March 1: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
CLOSED - Quilt Conference Pre-Registration
A non-refundable pre-registration fee of $30 (including the City of Hampton admission tax) is required for anyone participating in workshops, lectures, or quilt appraisals.

Ticket to Sue Nickels' Early Bird Lecture "Adventures in Machine Quilting with Sue Nickels" on Wednesday at 6:00 PM

The Wednesday Evening Show Preview (7:30 PM – 9:00 PM), exclusively for pre-registered participants

Admission to the Merchants Mall & Quilt Show on all show days

Ticket to Joyce Hughes' lecture "My Journey into Quilting" on Thursday at 4:30 PM

Ticket to Meet & Greet (approximately 5:30 PM immediately following the Joyce Hughes' lecture)

Ticket to the MAQF Fashion Show presented by Meryl Ann Butler: "Wonderful World of Wearable Art - From Casual to Dazzling" on Friday at 4:30 PM

REMINDER: Your registration packet will not be mailed. Registration packets must be picked up in person when you arrive at the Festival.

IRONS & IRONING STATIONS: Irons and ironing stations are provided by show management near the classrooms. The convention center's electric supply cannot handle irons in each classroom.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to mancuso@quiltfest.com. Cancellations received before January 8, 2026 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Please note, the $30 registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after January 8, 2026, unless the activity itself is cancelled.
