The instructor will walk students step by step using a cutaway process, exposing each underneath fabric with every layer created and placed on top of the previous layer. We will also discuss the best photos for the student's own projects and a bit about how to create and print a pattern.

Students to Provide
*5-7 Gradated Fat Quarters (Video demonstration of color selection is on YouTube)
*1 1/2 yards of Heat N Bond Lite, Wonder Under, Transweb, or double-sided fusible of your choice (Please-NO STEAM-A-SEAM LITE 2)
*Small Pointed Tip Scissors (I use Kai 5100 series with a curved tip)
*Straight (Dressmakers) Pins, Applique or Sequin Pins (without the plastic ball heads or tips)
*Fine Point Sharpie or Ink Pen
*Small Foam Core Board (Accommodates an 11"x 17" project)
*Pattern supplied by the instructor at the beginning of the class
