For those participating in workshops at QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse #16, there is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $20. 

The $20 administrative fee helps cover the operational costs associated with organizing and delivering the live virtual workshops. This includes registration processing, coordination and communication with participants, and post-event follow-up materials. The fee ensures a smooth, high-quality experience for all attendees and supports the resources required to manage the workshops effectively.

Please note the workshops presented for QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse are live on Zoom, not recorded. 

The Registration Cut-Off Dates are:

  • Monday, January 5, 2027, for workshops with shipped kits.
  • Wednesday-Saturday, January 20-23, 2027, for workshops without shipped kits.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before Monday, December 14, 2026, will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after Monday, December 14, 2026, unless the activity itself is canceled. Please note that the $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
