Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before Wednesday, May 27, 2026, will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations submitted on or after Wednesday, May 27, 2026, are not eligible for a refund unless the activity itself is canceled. The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
