Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before Monday, December 22, 2025, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after Monday, December 22, 2025, unless the activity is canceled. The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
