Register for QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse #12 – October, and You Could Win!

When you sign up for a workshop during QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse #12 in October, you'll automatically be entered to win a prize valued up to $125 toward one workshop and registration in QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse #13 – January 21–24, 2026.

The $125 prize includes the $20 registration fee and any required kit but does not cover an optional kit. Please note: there is no cash value, and a refund or credit will not be given, any balance cannot be used towards a second workshop, and the prize is non-transferable. The winner will be notified following the conclusion of the October event.

 

Registration

For those participating in workshops at QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse #12, there is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $20. 

Please note the workshops presented for QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse are live on Zoom, not recorded. 

The Registration Cut-Off Dates are:

• Monday, September 29, 2025, for workshops with shipped kits.
• Wednesday-Saturday, October 15-18, 2025, for workshops without shipped kits.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before Monday, September 22, 2025, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after Monday, September 22, 2025, unless the activity is canceled. The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
