Purchase
Exotic Doodle Blooms (Fabric Book)
Full-Day Workshop
9 am - 4 pm, Thursday, March 4
If you have ever been to a tropical island and loved all the beautiful exotic flowers, well now you can paint them on fabric to create a small fabric book! Don’t worry about drawing, the pattern will have all the flowers for you to trace and then paint using Wax Pastels or Inktense Pencils. They are both easy to work with and fun. After they are painted we’ll embellish using hand dyed pearl cotton threads for hand embroidery. You will learn many stitches to embellish each page of your book. These can also be framed as individual pieces of art. Susan will have the pencils and wax pastels to use during class.
