Roberta Morgan-Handwork/Felting

I have been sewing since I was a kid and began quilting in the 70’s. I quickly discovered that I’m not a traditional quilter or sewer. I am more intrigued by art quilting. My favorite is garment sewing. Creating coats and jackets with lots of embellishments is my passion. I find lots to use in thrift stores. I like recycling; it is so much fun. I am a crafter too. Beaded embroidery is one of my favorites - making jewelry- art quilts - clothing, so much fun and the results are amazing. I teach garment sewing, needle felting, beaded embroidery, and upcycling jewelry making in my local area. My goal is to encourage others to expand their talent and creativity while having fun.
