Terms and Conditions

Name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket holders bear all risks in the event of inclement weather, an act of God, riot, strike, public enemy, etc. Name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket may not be replaced if lost, mutilated, stolen or otherwise without the express permission of the show management.

By virtue of paying the registration fee, the registrant agrees and will adhere to the following: 

Workshop Sharing: Registrant is prohibited from sharing the workshops and can be disconnected from the workshop if found sharing.

Intellectual Property: Instructors have trademarked content within the workshop. All workshop material is the intellectual property of the instructor. Under the penalty of the law, the student agrees not to share or reproduce the instructor’s content.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE SPECIFIC DATE AS PER EACH SHOW, NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE ON OR AFTER POSTED SPECIFIC DATE. CANCELLATIONS MADE BEFORE THE SPECIFIC SHOW CUT-OFF DATE WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A 20% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. THE TOTAL QUILT CONFERENCE PRE-REGISTRATION FEE ($20 - $25) IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Resale or transfer of name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket is prohibited. Any such resale and/or transfer is void. The unauthorized resale/ transfer may result in the cancellation of the name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket or refusal of entry into the event to the holder without refund. Purchasing of name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket can only be done through official show management and their assignees. Any unauthorized purchases may be invalid and are subject to being void. Reproducing or counterfeiting of name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket is prohibited. Official name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purpose without express written consent from show management.

The holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including bodily injury and death, whether occurring prior to, during or following the event. By purchasing a name badge/ wristband/ admission ticket, the holder releases management, venue, promoters, exhibitors, participants, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, service providers and representatives from any claims related to, arising out of or incidental to the event or the holders presence.

For quilts entered into show competition, if accepted, the images submitted and photographs taken to become the property of show management for publicity and/ or publication use.

Mancuso Show Management reserves the right to film, record or photograph any of the attendees at an event for post promotional event purposes. Attendees are advised that this may result in incidental inclusion of attendees within any recordings or photographs. Due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today's world, Mancuso Show Management disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other Attendees at the Event.
