Einstein Tiles & English Paper Piecing (EPP)
A Slow-Stitching Step-by-Step Class
3-Hour Workshop
10 am - 1 pm EDT, Friday, June 26
Class Philosophy:
English Paper Piecing is not about speed, perfection, or prior experience. It is about slowing down, working with your hands, and trusting a process that has connected makers for centuries. In this class, we will demystify EPP by breaking it into small, repeatable steps—proving that anyone can do this. This workshop blends the history of English Paper Piecing with the contemporary curiosity of Einstein tiles, showing how traditional handwork and modern mathematics meet—allowing the student to use color and patterns to create shape and interesting designs.
All Levels
The workshop fee includes the $25 class kit. The class kit includes instructions on how to assemble the paper pieces, 150 1-1/2 Kite Paper templates, and 1 Acrylic template. Physical kits can only be mailed within the continental United States.
An optional class kit is also available; see workshop #SS-009Kit for details and to purchase- Click Here.
