One and a Half-Day Workshop
The workshop fee includes the $15 class pattern. This is a Quiltworx Chromatic Charms pattern with free shipping directly to the student. Please note: Physical kits can only be mailed within the continental United States.
Wednesday: Chromatic Charms Part 1 PREP
In this 3-hour class, you will prepare the pattern for Donna's Thursday workshop. Using the Chromatic Charms pattern by Quiltworx, we will learn how to read the pattern and use the Template Layout sheets to sort and prepare our fabric for tomorrow’s class.
Thursday: Chromatic Charms Mini Quilt
During this 6-hour class, we will foundation paper piece all the units needed for this little 21" quilt! Then we will assemble the quilt top and talk about different ways to use it for other projects - like a project bag, a large throw pillow, the back of a quilted coat, or a puffy pet bed.

Fabric - 60 coordinating Charm Pack squares (5" x 5")
Rotary cutter & Mat
Paper Clips
Gallon Baggies - at least 3
Labels to label baggies
Pen, Highlighter
Marker - blue, green, or red (NOT black!)
Students to Provide (Thursday)
Sewing machine and neutral thread of your choice
Add-a-quarter ruler (6" or 12")
Rotary cutter and mat
Iron and mat
Folding template (you can use the cardboard that comes with the ruler!)
Sharpie marker (green, blue, or red - not black!)
Repositionable Glue Stick (I like the Scotch brand)
Fabric Glue Pen (water-soluble - like SewLine or Fons & Porter refillable)
Sewing Machine Required
