This class can be taken on either the domestic machine or a longarm. Use the following lists to guide you in your selection of materials.

- 1 yard of backing fabric
- 1 yard of batting
- 1 yard of Top fabric (please have everything loaded and basted before class)
- 1 Straight quilting ruler
- 1 Ruler Base
- 1 fabric marking pen
- Thread of choice and a full bobbin
Domestic sewing machine:
- 2 fat quarter quilt sandwiches (backing, batting and top fabric basted as you see fit)
- Machine quilting gloves
- fabric marking pen or chalk
- Sewing machine ready to do free motion quilting (with feed dogs lowered)
- free motion quilting foot (darning foot of choice)
- Thread of choice
