Susan is an award-winning quilter and mixed media artist. Her journey began in 1981 with an art background of drawing and painting. She is passionate about mixing all her knowledge into creative art quilts, small Prayer Flags, and fabric books with each being heavily embellished either by hand or machine! Most of her designs are inspired by nature with attention to detail. Her classes are designed to inspire her students to create their own works of art! She has been published in numerous magazine articles, Quilting Arts TV, and she is a Bernina Ambassador. She is from NC and loves what she does!
