Remember always dreaming of the underwater world a beautiful Mermaid lives in as a child…. all the beautiful glistening shells and beautiful sea foliage…..Explore this underwater “Mermaid Garden” with Susan as you learn many embellishing techniques and hand embroidery techniques. There will be appliqué with hand embroidery finishes and 3-D stitches to create textures for each page of your fabric book. Stamping on fabric for a design which will be stitched and highlighted using Crayons! If you don’t want to create a little fabric book you can frame each page to be hung on a wall or bunting over a bed. This class will focus on the Mermaid Tail cover page and crayon embroidery.
