Warning! Modern, Improv Curves Ahead!
6-Hour Workshop
12 pm - 6 pm EST, Thursday, January 23

Buckle up for a new take on modern, improv curves! We'll experiment and play with topstitch applique curves that are Finished, Freeing, Forgiving, and FUN! Once you see how quick and easy it is to create these improvisational curves, we'll add a modern, curvy twist to traditional quilt designs including borders, Pinwheels, Chinese Coins, Log Cabins, and Drunkard's Path blocks.
All Levels

Students to Provide

6+ fat quarters (18” x 22”) will provide options for trying each technique by making a few blocks/units. You have the option to bring additional yardage to create a larger quilt. One of the techniques involves 10” squares so you are welcome to bring 8 or more 10” squares if you have them on hand, but you will still need 4-5 fat quarters for the other techniques.
