Full-Day Workshop
9 am - 4 pm, Friday, February 28
Ever wanted to create a realistic picture out of fabric? Then this is the class for you! Let this award-winning instructor guide you through this forgiving technique. Not foundation pieced! No paper to pick out. Simple straight line sewing with right sides together.
All Levels (Confident Beginner and Up)
Required class kit, $37 payable to the instructor in class, includes the pattern, all fabric needed for the wall hanging top including borders and binding. Backing and batting are not included.
Students to Provide
Personal sewing supplies - seam ripper, pins, etc.
Iron (travel iron works best, not the small mini irons on a stick)
Ironing surface - small tabletop ironing boards work well or an empty cardboard bolt from a bolt of fabric
Paper and Fabric scissors
Tray - this is for laying out and organizing the individual pieces, no bigger than 11 x 16. Don't go out and buy this.
Approximately 10 sandwich-sized ziplock baggies to separate sections.
