Pre-Registration & Cancellation Policy

PRE-REGISTRATION

& Admission to All Show Days

For those participating in workshops or lectures or those who would just like to register ahead of time, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $20 that includes entry to the World Quilt Panel & Forum Ice Cream Social and admission to the Quilt Show and Merchants Mall for all show days. Pre-registered persons will receive a complete registration package (ID badge, activity confirmation, etc.) and may go directly to their activities without going to the registration or admission areas. The pre-registration cut-off date is August 5, 2013.

Mail, Fax or Telephone Pre-Registration  

To register by mail, fill out the registration form and mail to World Quilt Show, P.O. Box 667, New Hope, PA 18938 or fax your registration form to (215) 862-9753. You may print the form at www.worldquilt.com. To register by telephone using Visa, MasterCard or Discover, call (215) 862-5828, Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm , eastern time. Please note this number is for credit card pre-registration only.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to July 3, 2016 will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after July 3, 2013, unless the activity is cancelled. The $20 registration fee is non-refundable.
