Pre-Registration & Cancellation Policy

For those participating in workshops, lectures or quilt appraisals there is a non-refundable $20 registration fee that includes a name badge, registration handling costs, Show & Tell and 4 days admission to the Quilt Show and Merchants Mall. Pre-registered persons will receive a complete registration package (ID badge, activity confirmation, etc.) and may go directly to their activities without going to the registration or admissions areas. Pre-registration ends on March 12, 2014.

To register by mail, fill out the registration form and mail to QFDS, P.O. Box 667, New Hope, PA 18938. Or, you may fax your registration form to (215) 862-9753. To register by telephone, please call (215) 862-5828, Monday through Friday 9 am- 5 pm EST and have your Visa, MasterCard or Discover ready.
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made before February 6, 2014 will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after February 6, 2014. The pre-registration, handling and admission fee is non-refundable.
